SBC Summit Americas Returns Next Week with New Networking Formats Designed to Drive Business Growth

The 2026 edition will introduce SBC Connections, an innovative networking initiative created to help attendees build more valuable business relationships and maximize opportunities throughout the event.

SBC Summit Americas will return next week with a renewed focus on meaningful industry connections, highlighted by the launch of SBC Connections, a new networking program designed to transform how professionals meet, engage, and do business.

Taking place from June 9–11 at the Broward County Convention Center, the event will welcome thousands of operators, affiliates, suppliers, and industry stakeholders at a pivotal moment for the gaming and betting sectors across North and Latin America, as companies continue to navigate evolving regulations, shifting consumer expectations, and increasingly competitive markets.

According to Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC, the initiative was developed in response to a growing need within the industry.

“The industry does not necessarily need more networking opportunities; it needs better ones. SBC Connections was created to help attendees spend less time searching for the right people and more time having conversations that can genuinely move their businesses forward. Combined with a conference agenda addressing some of the industry’s most pressing challenges and an exhibition floor showcasing the latest innovations, our goal is to deliver an event experience that creates real value for every delegate,” he said.

SBC Connections: A New Approach to Networking

Powered by the SBC Connect app, the program will feature a range of networking formats designed to facilitate strategic introductions and maximize attendee engagement.

Key initiatives include:

  • SBC Connect Meets: A pre-arranged meeting service that allows attendees to identify relevant contacts and schedule one-on-one meetings in advance.
  • The Hive: Fast-paced networking sessions designed to help delegates expand their professional networks through high-volume thematic introductions.
  • The Inner Circle: Exclusive post-panel discussions offering direct access to speakers and deeper conversations around key industry topics, including prediction markets and sweepstakes.
  • The Exchange: Informal networking gatherings focused on connecting professionals facing similar opportunities and challenges.
  • The Briefings: Small-group roundtable discussions held during breakfast and lunch sessions, exploring the trends shaping the future of the industry.
  • The Walk Around: Guided exhibition tours designed to connect delegates with exhibitors aligned to their business objectives.

Conference Agenda Focuses on Industry Challenges and Opportunities

Spread across six conference stages, the agenda will tackle the most important issues shaping the future of gaming and betting across the Americas, including leadership, sports betting and casino, payments and technology, affiliation, regulation, compliance, and player protection.

Sessions will explore topics such as leveraging the momentum generated by the FIFA World Cup 2026, engaging audiences through social platforms, adapting to regulatory changes, and the future of digital payments.

More than 250 experts from both within and outside the industry are expected to take the stage.

Featured speakers include Stephanie De Flora (CMO, bet365), Ian Botts (CTO, Fanatics Betting & Gaming), Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto (Senior Vice President & General Manager, DraftKings Predictions), David Edelman (former CMO of Aetna), and Patrick Kennedy (former U.S. Congressman).

Additional industry leaders participating in the event include Andrew Cochrane (COO, Soft2Bet), Alex Kane (CEO, Sporttrade), Iliana Pineda (Chief Compliance Officer, Wplay), Manuel Stan (CEO, Catena Media), Andrea Rossi (Commercial Director, Betsson Group), Aviv Sher (CEO, Codere), and Marcos Bonetti (Co-Founder and CMO, Appuesta).

Prediction Markets Take Center Stage

As prediction markets continue gaining momentum across the gaming industry, SBC Summit Americas will feature a dedicated Prediction Markets Forum, exploring the sector’s rapid growth, evolving regulatory landscape, and potential impact on the future of sports betting and gaming.

The discussion will also extend beyond the conference stages through dedicated networking formats, including themed editions of The Inner Circle, The Exchange, and The Briefings.

Exhibition Floor Showcases Innovation and Industry Leaders

The exhibition floor will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with some of the most influential companies operating across North and Latin America.
