The Female Gaming Association to Present Impactful Panel at GAT – Cartagena

In line with its institutional mission, the Female Gaming Association (FGA) will showcase the importance of female presence in strategic and decision-making roles within the gaming industry through its panel: “Women Empowering the Gaming Industry with Equity as a Challenge,” which will take place during the GAT – Cartagena event on April 9th at 2:50 pm.

During the panel, participants will be invited to reflect on updated statistics regarding women’s positions in the industry across various areas such as operational, technological, administrative, and executive roles. Additionally, interesting alternatives to bridge this gap will be presented, highlighting the benefits of supporting this important mission and the valuable contributions of women in executive positions.

The panel will be moderated by the President of the Association and Country Manager for Múltiple Group, Tatiana Paredes Castañeda. It will feature prominent figures including Elizabeth Maya, President of Cornazar; Celeste Arredondo, Vice President of ASFEG and Business Development Latam at CreedRoomz; Daniela Botero, Colombia Leader for Pacífica Continental; Alejandra Gómez Aguilar, Compliance and Chair of Women’s Committee AIEJA/International Committee Director at ASFEG; and María Londoño, Manager at La Morenita Group and renowned entrepreneur/shareholder in the Games of Chance and Luck sector.

This group of successful women will disseminate the message of their mission to INSPIRE through their personal and professional achievements, aiming for genuine RESPECT towards women and their potential knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to continuous improvement in the gaming industry and society at large, combining all efforts and breaking gender stereotypes.

To conclude, all women identified with this mission are invited to register and participate in a SPECIAL AND PRIVATE ENCOUNTER: “NETWORKING and PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES,” in one of the hotel’s rooms where GAT will take place, by filling out the form until March 29th.
