SBC Summit to Explore Invisible KYC and AI-Powered Casino Product Design

The dedicated iGaming Product & Design track will examine how AI, user experience and smarter product strategies can help operators deliver more engaging casino experiences and stronger long-term player retention.

SBC Summit will shine a spotlight on the future of casino product innovation through its dedicated iGaming Product & Design Track, bringing together leading operators, game developers and technology specialists to explore how better product design can enhance both player engagement and commercial performance.

Taking place on Wednesday, 30 September, on the Tech & Innovation Stage, the track will guide delegates through every stage of the player journey, from registration and onboarding to long-term loyalty, examining how artificial intelligence, behavioural data and seamless cross-platform experiences are reshaping the future of online casinos.

Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC, said:

“Casino players judge a product by how simple, intuitive and entertaining it feels. They do not see the compliance systems, data infrastructure or commercial decisions operating behind the experience, but each of those elements influences whether players register, continue playing and remain loyal to a brand.”

“The iGaming Product & Design track will examine how those behind-the-scenes systems and decisions can work together to remove unnecessary friction, support more informed product development and create casino experiences that deliver genuine long-term value for both players and operators.”

Invisible KYC and AI take centre stage

The programme will open with the panel “RegTech: Is ‘Invisible KYC’ Actually Achievable or Just Another Industry Fantasy?”, where experts will discuss whether new technologies can streamline customer verification without compromising regulatory compliance.

Attention will then turn to “The Art & Science of Game Design: UX, Data & Player Psychology,” exploring how artificial intelligence and behavioural analytics are transforming game development while raising important questions about the balance between personalisation and player manipulation.

Additional sessions will focus on creating seamless experiences across mobile, web and app platforms, as well as the growing influence of gamification, Generation Z and social-first gaming experiences in shaping the next generation of casino products.

Industry leaders will also discuss how operators can respond to increasing taxes and operating costs without sacrificing player experience, alongside the expanding role of AI-powered tools capable of planning, managing and optimising complex product development and operational processes.

Education and networking opportunities

Beyond the conference sessions, delegates can further develop their expertise through Education+, including the Player Experience Academy and the Electronic Gaming Academy Masterclass, which will provide practical insights into gamification, player behaviour and modern casino product development.

The exhibition floor will also feature a dedicated iGaming & Casino Zone, showcasing game studios, platform providers, live casino suppliers and player engagement specialists. Attendees will also be able to connect with potential partners through Smart Connect, SBC Summit’s pre-arranged business matchmaking programme designed to facilitate high-value meetings between operators and suppliers.
