Following its recent rebrand, the company formerly known as EvenBet Gaming is moving away from product-led sales and introducing tailored growth strategies based on each operator’s current position, needs and ambitions.
Following its recent rebrand, Evenbeter, formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, is preparing to introduce a new commercial philosophy at SBC Summit Lisbon, taking place from September 29 to October 1, 2026.
The company is seeking to change the traditional conversation between technology providers and operators by moving away from the question of which product an operator needs and instead starting with an assessment of where the business currently stands before mapping out a realistic growth trajectory.
At SBC Summit, operators will be able to explore the new approach at stand B233, where Evenbeter will showcase live product demonstrations and offer personalised consultations focused on potential technology and growth paths.
From Products to Growth Strategy
Evenbeter’s new approach does not offer a universal journey or a predefined sequence of products. Instead, the company evaluates factors including an operator’s business model, audience, technical infrastructure, market footprint and growth ambitions before identifying an appropriate starting point.
The approach is particularly relevant to poker, where entering the market can require dedicated expertise, sufficient liquidity and established operational processes.
Depending on an operator’s level of readiness, Evenbeter offers different potential entry points. These include One-Click Poker Games, a lightweight integration option for established casinos or sportsbooks; a standalone poker platform for startups with poker experience; or turnkey casino infrastructure for new iGaming entrepreneurs.
Poker remains at the heart of Evenbeter’s expertise, while its expanded casino portfolio provides additional opportunities for operators looking to enter new verticals or expand their existing offering.
The company stresses that these growth paths are not rigid packages or automatic upgrade sequences. Instead, they are practical roadmaps shaped around each operator’s business model, target market and readiness.
A Roadmap That Evolves With the Operator
The initial solution can also become part of a broader and adaptable technology roadmap. As operators expand their capabilities and deepen audience engagement, they can progress towards further stages, including launching a poker room, joining a shared poker network, building a proprietary poker network or adding casino products.
The objective is to make technology selection more closely aligned with immediate business needs while providing a clear path for future development.
Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO at Evenbeter, said the company’s new approach starts with the operator rather than its product catalogue.
“We start with the operator, not the product: start with what you need, and grow into what’s next. That is the core promise we are bringing to SBC Summit this year,” said Starostenkov.
He added that every business starts from a different position, making it important to identify the right entry point according to an operator’s current readiness, from lightweight integrations to fully independent platforms.
With this positioning, Evenbeter will arrive at SBC Summit Lisbon combining its established poker expertise with an expanded casino portfolio and a commercial model focused on supporting operators as their technology needs evolve.
