Evenbeter Strengthens Operator Security and Operations with Advanced AI Tools

The back-office update introduces hand and account screening, tournament validation, demand forecasting, and reporting assistants to support operator decision-making.

Evenbeter, formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, has expanded its back-office platform with new analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for poker and casino operators. The update brings together suspicious activity screening, tournament configuration checks, demand forecasting, and reporting tools to help teams identify priorities and investigate potential issues within their existing workflows.

Suspicious Activity Screening and Account Reviews

Among the key additions are AI-assisted tools that help operators identify suspicious hands and potential connections between accounts for further investigation. The system analyses player or tournament hand histories, from the bubble stage onwards, alongside internal signals such as shared devices and payment connections.

According to the company, this information is processed securely without using personal data such as names or IP addresses. The findings can help identify potential multi-accounting or coordinated activity, but they serve as indicators for human investigation and do not independently establish wrongdoing.

Tournament Planning and Demand Forecasting

The update also introduces tools to validate tournament settings before launch. These checks compare expected participation against guarantees, limits, and payouts, while identifying potential scheduling conflicts.

AI-driven schedule analysis uses historical performance to identify underperforming time slots. Demand forecasts also include confidence ranges to estimate future activity across both cash games and tournaments.

More Efficient Reporting and Configurable Controls

For day-to-day operations, teams can use natural-language prompts to generate filters across player, transaction, and withdrawal lists. Reporting capabilities are enhanced with AI-generated reviews and suggested next steps, retention analytics ranked by churn risk and player value, cash-game stake economics, and responsible gaming behavioural indicators assessed against individual and population baselines.

Administrators retain control over how these capabilities are used. They can enable individual AI features, set daily request limits, customise assistant instructions, and restrict data access according to back-office permissions.

Alexander Tamplon, CTO at Evenbeter, explained that the tools are designed to help operators determine which situations require attention and what actions to consider next. He emphasised that the platform provides context and recommendations, while operators remain responsible for their decisions.

With this update, Evenbeter expands its back-office capabilities across three core areas: investigation, planning, and reporting, providing new ways for teams to analyse and act on the operational information available within their platform.
