The company evolves into a five-studio structure operating under shared technology, infrastructure and distribution
RubyPlay has taken a strategic step forward by evolving its operating model into a studio-based content ecosystem, uniting five creative studios under a single, unified technology and distribution framework.
This new structure positions RubyPlay as a scalable, market-driven organisation, where each studio operates with creative independence while benefiting from shared infrastructure. The model is designed to support future growth, allowing additional studios to be seamlessly integrated over time.
The ecosystem brings together RubyPlay Studio, Koala Games, Mad Hat Games, Xslots, and a dedicated studio for bespoke and branded content, with each contributing unique creative value within a shared operational environment.
Koala Games was the first of the additional studios to launch in July 2025 and has already gained strong market traction with titles such as Voltage Blitz Vortex and Voltage Blitz Rapid, delivering bold visuals, high-energy gameplay and robust commercial performance.
Built on a layered model rather than traditional silos, the ecosystem enables multiple creative teams to operate on a single, robust technology platform. This approach ensures consistency, quality and efficiency at scale.
Each studio maintains a clearly defined creative focus while being seamlessly integrated through shared technology, infrastructure and distribution. As a result, RubyPlay strengthens its position as a long-term content partner for operators seeking flexibility, brand control and market relevance.
Tsachi Maimon, Chief Executive Officer at RubyPlay, said:
“Since joining RubyPlay, it has been clear to me that the company’s strength lies in the balance between creative independence and a shared foundation. Structuring the business as a layered, studio-based ecosystem allows each studio to focus on its own markets and creative direction, while operating on the same technology, infrastructure and distribution framework. This enables RubyPlay to scale its operations far more efficiently.”
He added:
“The successful launch of Koala Games earlier this year demonstrated the power of this approach in practice. The continued expansion of the ecosystem, including a dedicated studio for bespoke and branded content, allows us to work more closely with operators and deliver content that is truly adaptable to their needs.”
