BETER heads to SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon with esports and sports portfolio

The company will showcase its live content, real-time data and odds offering at Stand D211 from 29 September to 1 October.

BETER, a provider of live streams, real-time data and odds for esports and sports content, will participate in SBC Summit 2026, taking place from 29 September to 1 October at FIL Lisbon, Portugal. The company will be exhibiting at Stand D211, where it will showcase its exclusive content portfolio and share new insights into player engagement and operator performance.

Attendees will be able to arrange meetings with the BETER team through the company’s dedicated event page.

BETER’s participation comes as the company continues its international expansion across regulated markets. Over the past 15 months, BETER has entered 10 US states, secured approval to provide its content in Ontario, Canada, and expanded its European presence following approval to deliver its content in Italy.

The company currently provides 24/7 live streaming, real-time data and odds for more than 740,000 fast-paced esports and sports events annually to operators across international markets. Its offering includes up to 50 betting markets per event, alongside a stable operator margin of more than 8%.

BETER’s exclusive esports portfolio includes ESportsBattle eLeagues, featuring eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey and eTennis. Its sports offering includes the Setka Cup table tennis competition and the BSKT Cup basketball league.

Meanwhile, the BETER Esports Odds Feed covers more than 460 tournaments globally and over 60,000 pre-match and live events each year, supported by an in-house team of specialist traders.

New insights into the World Cup 2026 impact on eFootball

At SBC Summit, BETER will also present its new World Cup 2026 eFootball Performance Report, examining how increased interest in football during the tournament influenced eFootball engagement and operator performance, both throughout the competition and afterwards.

According to the report, compared with the six weeks preceding the tournament, the World Cup period generated a 20% increase in eFootball turnover, 27% growth in active players, an 18% rise in bet volume and 24% growth in GGR.

The report also found that more than half of the new players acquired during the World Cup remained active after the tournament. According to BETER, the findings highlight the potential of major sporting events to attract new audiences and sustain engagement beyond the live tournament schedule.

Integrity and international expansion

BETER has a dedicated Integrity team monitoring its exclusive content 24/7 to support fair play and transparency.

The company also works with key integrity organisations, including IBIA and ESIC, as well as sports federations. Its ESportsBattle offering has achieved ESIC Gold Standard Accreditation.

BETER’s expansion across regulated markets, combined with its product performance and data quality, has also resulted in two nominations at the SBC Awards 2026, in the categories Esports Supplier of the Year and Sports Data Product.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, said:

“SBC Summit is an important meeting point for the global iGaming industry and a valuable opportunity for us to connect with partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers from across the world. This year, we are coming to Lisbon with a broader regulated footprint and an even stronger exclusive esports and sports portfolio, backed by our international team and continued investment in content, data, and trading.

We are also looking forward to sharing insights from our new World Cup eFootball Performance Report. The results show how major sporting events can create opportunities beyond the tournament itself, attracting new audiences, increasing engagement, and generating lasting value for operators. We look forward to discussing these trends with our partners and welcoming industry colleagues to our stand.”
