During its participation at BiS SiGMA South America 2026 in São Paulo, Novusbet reinforced its commitment to the growth of the Latin American market, highlighting the importance of regulation, technological innovation, and regional expansion as key pillars of its strategy.
In an exclusive interview, Simone Suppa, Managing Director of Novusbet / Xpress Tech emphasized Brazil’s position as one of the most important markets in the region following recent regulatory developments, which are creating new opportunities for both operators and providers.
“Being present in Brazil is essential. It’s a huge and fast-growing market where building relationships, showcasing our products, and understanding local needs is key,” Suppa stated.
He also noted that Latin America is currently undergoing a transformative phase, driven by increasing regulation across multiple countries. This shift is fostering safer and more trustworthy environments for players, where transparency and regulatory oversight play a crucial role in sustainable market development.
Regarding expansion, Novusbet is focusing strongly on Central America, identifying opportunities in emerging markets where there is growing demand for competitive and secure platforms. Suppa highlighted El Salvador as an example of recent progress and suggested that other markets could follow a similar path in the near future.
A central component of Novusbet’s strategy is the integration of artificial intelligence into its solutions. The company is developing tools designed to automate key processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve decision-making. These innovations cover areas such as KYC, transaction verification, user management, and payment systems.
“Artificial intelligence allows us to optimize processes that previously required significant time and resources, while offering more efficient and user-friendly tools to our clients,” Suppa explained.
In addition, Novusbet showcased new product innovations, including a category of games such as “Instant Wheel,” aimed at delivering more dynamic and interactive experiences. These games incorporate social and multiplayer features, allowing users to engage with others in new ways.
According to Suppa, market response has been extremely positive, with strong growth in user adoption. “Players were looking for something different, and the response has been incredible,” he said.
Looking ahead, Novusbet plans to continue developing innovative products within this category, further strengthening its position as a technology provider focused on the evolution of digital entertainment.
