Oddsgate Brings Messi’s and Pelé’s Ballons d’Or to SBC Summit Lisbon with The Power Plugin

Football has the power to spark unique emotions, inspire millions, and transform simple moments into unforgettable memories. This magic is exactly what Oddsgate will bring to the SBC Summit Lisbon, taking place from September 16 to 18 at stand A455.

In partnership with The Power Plugin (TPP), visitors will have the chance to admire up close priceless treasures for any football fan: Pelé’s Ballon d’Or, awarded in 2014 in recognition of his remarkable legacy, the jersey he wore during the 1970 World Cup, Messi’s match-worn shirt from the 2021 Copa América clash against Brazil, Messi’s 2012 Ballon d’Or, as well as a photo signed by Messi and Neymar from a tribute match to Pelé, and a historic photograph signed by Pelé alongside Queen Elizabeth II.

Giovanni Falzone, CEO of TPP, said:

“The Power Plugin arrives at SBC Lisbon alongside Oddsgate with a bold vision: transforming their stand into a living museum of football history. Visitors will find some of the most iconic and valuable memorabilia ever collected — not just displayed, but framed by the stories and legacies they represent. Through this initiative, we want to showcase a new way of connecting with audiences, where loyalty is built through technology, emotion, heritage, and a shared passion for the game.”

A new dimension of gamification

The Power Plugin is an innovative feature that will be integrated into the Smartico platform, enabling players to exchange accumulated gamification points for real products through a fully integrated in-system store.

With this solution, gamification goes far beyond the digital environment: in addition to free bets and in-game rewards, players will be able to unlock tangible prizes such as smartphones, headphones, jerseys, and even high-value sports collectibles – including a historic Pelé jersey.

Oddsgate, which already has successful use cases applying gamification as a tool for engagement and loyalty, views this partnership as an opportunity to reinforce the creative and strategic potential of CRM within the iGaming industry.

Gabi Pitileac of Oddsgate emphasized:

“This is about more than points or bonuses – it’s about experiences. When players realize their online choices and achievements can translate into rewards both digital and real, engagement increases naturally, and loyalty follows.”

An unmissable experience at SBC Summit Lisbon

This integration marks an important step forward in loyalty programs for the sector, delivering additional value to both operators and players.

At the SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, visitors will be able to experience part of this collection of football relics on display at Oddsgate’s stand (A455), alongside other initiatives, solutions, and innovative experiences that the company will present to the iGaming industry.

With this initiative, Oddsgate reaffirms its commitment to combining technology, engagement, and creativity — offering experiences that go beyond gaming and connect directly with people’s passion.
