The company signs a multi-year agreement with the National Football League covering the 2026 NFL Mexico City Game and Super Bowl LXI.
Codere Online has announced a new multi-year agreement with the National Football League (NFL), becoming the Official Betting Partner of the NFL in Mexico and strengthening its strategy of partnering with internationally recognised sports properties.
Under the agreement, Codere Online will also become an Official Partner of Super Bowl LXI, Official Partner of the NFL Mexico Game and Official Sports Betting Sponsor in Mexico.
The partnership will provide a platform for fan engagement and activations across the country, including hospitality programmes, VIP experiences, activities in multiple Mexican cities and opportunities involving official NFL merchandise.
A partnership spanning the NFL’s major events
A key element of the agreement will be the 2026 NFL Mexico City Game, scheduled for November 22 in Mexico City, where the San Francisco 49ers will face the Minnesota Vikings. Codere Online will serve as an official sponsor of the game.
The company will also become an official sponsor of Super Bowl LXI, which will take place in Los Angeles in February 2027.
Through the partnership, Codere Online aims to strengthen its connection with American football fans through content, activations and exclusive experiences throughout the NFL season.
Carlos Sabanza, Director of Sponsorships and Public Relations at Codere Online, described the agreement as an important milestone for the company and a further step in its strategy of aligning with leading international sports properties.
“This agreement strengthens our premium positioning while underlining our long-term commitment to Mexico,” Sabanza said.
Arturo Olivé, Managing Director of NFL Mexico, highlighted the importance of the Mexican market to the league and welcomed Codere Online as a new partner.
The collaboration will also bring NFL-related content and experiences to fans while operating within standards for responsible gaming, integrity and regulatory compliance.
The agreement adds the NFL to Codere Online’s portfolio of international sports partnerships, giving the operator a broader platform to engage Mexican audiences around some of the league’s most prominent events.
