Altenar Strengthens Its Brazil-Based Team with Three Strategic Appointments

Local expertise enhances Altenar’s regulatory and commercial capabilities in Brazil

Altenar has expanded its presence in Brazil with the appointment of Luana Monje as Sales Executive, Beatriz De Freitas Lorenção as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Associate, and Maria Silvia Sparapan Moral as Contracts and Customer Success Associate.

These new hires support Altenar’s ongoing growth in the Brazilian market, following a strong year marked by the opening of its São Paulo office, the acquisition of its virtual sports certification, and the launch of new partnerships with local operators, including Multibet.

Luana Monje brings more than a decade of sales experience, having previously held roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Continent 8 Technologies, making her a valuable addition to Altenar’s commercial team.

With a strong background in business law, compliance, and data privacy, Beatriz De Freitas Lorenção adds robust legal expertise and significant experience across the cybersecurity and tech sectors. Her previous work in account executive positions also brings commercial insight and versatility to Altenar’s legal department.

Maria Silvia Sparapan Moral contributes over 15 years of cross-sector experience in accounting, human resources, and customer service. After living and working in both the UK and Malta, she returns to Brazil to support Altenar’s local and regional partners with contract management and customer-facing operations.

These strategic appointments reinforce Altenar’s commitment to building long-term trust with operators and demonstrating regulatory leadership in Brazil’s rapidly maturing iGaming landscape.
