SBC is set for a spectacular debut at the impressive MEO Arena, one of Europe’s largest indoor sports venues, with its highly anticipated Super Stage. Attendees of the SBC Summit will have the rare opportunity to hear from legends such as Tony Hawk, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, Luís Figo, Peter Schmeichel, and Merab Dvalishvili, as well as leading industry figures, in what promises to be an inspiring event.

One of the star speakers, Tony Hawk, the world’s most famous skateboarder, will be interviewed by distinguished sports broadcaster Laura Woods. Hawk will recount his journey from skateboarding stardom to building a multi-billion dollar franchise.
Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web, will also take the stage to discuss the evolution of the internet and its impact on privacy and artificial intelligence. He will be joined by Anika Howard, CEO of Wondr Nation, for a conversation about the future of digital privacy and AI-driven data usage.
Portuguese football icon Luís Figo will share insights into his legendary career in a one-on-one conversation with Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer of Chelsea F.C. Figo’s journey, which spans playing for top clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid, will focus on the convergence of sports, business, and technology.
Peter Schmeichel, regarded as one of football’s greatest goalkeepers, and UFC star Merab Dvalishvili, known for his relentless fighting style, will also headline sessions, discussing their careers and the evolving opportunities in sports media, sponsorship, and business.
In addition to these iconic figures, the Super Stage will feature industry heavyweights who will share insights on key trends and innovations shaping the future of the sports betting and gaming sectors. Carsten Koerl, CEO of Sportradar, will lead a discussion on how AI and immersive technologies are transforming fan engagement.
The event will take place at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa, from September 24-26, where over 25,000 sports betting and iGaming professionals will gather for three days of networking and educational sessions led by more than 450 senior decision-makers.
