The company was recognised for its creative campaigns and brand positioning strategy, which combine technological expertise with a deep understanding of iGaming operators’ needs.
SOFTSWISS, a strategic technology partner for iGaming operators, has won the Game Changer Marketing Excellence category at the SiGMA World Awards 2026. The recognition highlights the company’s creative campaigns, which translate its technical expertise and understanding of operators’ needs into a differentiated market proposition.
Part of the Growth Makers Driving Revenue award cluster, the achievement marks another milestone for SOFTSWISS’ marketing team, following its Best Marketing Team win at the EGR Awards in 2025.
Supporting operators in regulated markets
As iGaming businesses expand their operations, they require infrastructure capable of handling peak traffic, maintaining reliable operations and supporting compliance across multiple regulated markets.
In 2026, SOFTSWISS updated its brand positioning to reflect the role it aims to play in this environment: becoming a strategic partner for confident growth in regulated markets, bringing together a compliance-ready product ecosystem, industry intelligence and expert-led services.
The Ready. Set. Grow! campaign communicated this positioning to industry audiences through media outlets, digital channels and major iGaming events.
Following the launch of the new positioning, clicks on branded search terms increased by 49% in July. Marketing-sourced signed contracts also grew by 113% over the last year, reflecting strong market demand for the company’s proposition.
Providing more options for growth
Another key initiative was the #SOFTSWISSHasMore campaign, designed to demonstrate that the company’s offering extends beyond its foundational platform. The initiative aimed to raise awareness of its comprehensive product ecosystem and highlight how operators can rely on a single technology partner to expand across multiple iGaming verticals.
The campaign was launched through a LinkedIn post by Valentina Bagniya, SOFTSWISS Chief Marketing Officer, using a self-ironic message to encourage both employees and industry audiences to explore and highlight the different products within the company’s portfolio.
During its activation at NEXT Summit Valletta 2026, the campaign attracted more than 7,000 live viewers. It also received the Best Marketing Campaign award at the European iGaming Excellence Awards 2026.
SOFTSWISS’ growth strategy is also reflected in its latest technological developments. One example is Back Office AI Workflow, a feature introduced within Casino Platform that allows operators to prepare marketing campaigns through natural-language conversations.
The tool is designed to reduce manual tasks and help marketing teams launch campaigns faster, test new retention strategies and respond to changing player needs. This creates opportunities to improve player engagement and generate revenue growth while keeping operators in control of campaign decisions.
Alexandra Kavelich, Deputy Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS, highlighted the team’s achievements and the importance of the recognition:
“This has been a special year for our marketing team. We took on important projects that support the growth of the SOFTSWISS brand, including a repositioning that reflects who we are: a technology leader and a strategic partner for growth. We brought this idea to life through our marketing campaigns and creative solutions that helped make our value clear to the market. Winning the Marketing Excellence award is a recognition of what a dedicated team can achieve when its ambitions are shared.”
Operators interested in exploring SOFTSWISS’ latest technological developments can discover its range of solutions, including Back Office AI Workflow, integrated into Casino Platform, as well as Prediction Markets Platform, Sportsbook Platform and Game Aggregator, through the company’s official website.
With this latest achievement, SOFTSWISS reinforces its commitment to strategic marketing, technological innovation and the development of solutions designed to support operators’ growth across international markets.
