The company will strengthen technical support and maintenance services for cash validation solutions across Colombia
Leading cash validation technology provider Innovative Technology (ITL) has announced that Automated Transactions (AT) Colombia has officially been appointed as an Authorised Service Centre. Based in Bogotá, AT facilitates transactional processes within the gaming, vending, retail and amusement sectors, while also managing integrations and providing technical support backed by globally recognised manufacturers.
Enrique Jütten, VP of Sales & Business Development at ITL, highlighted the long-standing relationship between both companies and the value this new certification brings to the regional market.
“AT is already an established and long-standing trading partner in the region. For more than 20 years, they have distributed our cash handling products to numerous local customers. Now that they have achieved approved service centre status, they will also be able to provide maintenance and technical support services to regional clients,” he explained.
Jütten noted that achieving this certification confirms that Automated Transactions meets ITL’s strict standards for quality, service and technical expertise when servicing and repairing the company’s full range of cash handling products.
“This level of accreditation means that AT has been fully audited and authorised by us to service and repair our product range. Special recognition goes to the AT team, who went above and beyond by completing the audit process in their offices during a national bank holiday,” he added.
The partnership between both companies has also been strengthened through their joint participation at GAT Expo (Gaming & Technology Expo), where positive results are already being seen. One of the key priorities for this year will be helping Colombian casinos modernise their operations by replacing outdated banknote validators with the NV200 Spectral, a casino-grade validator designed to deliver fast note-to-note processing, free updates, advanced fraud protection and significantly reduced operational costs and downtime.
Concluding, Enrique Jütten reaffirmed the strategic importance of Automated Transactions for ITL’s regional operations.
“AT is our trusted distributor for the gaming, vending, retail and amusement sectors, but their value goes far beyond distribution. Through after-sales service, repairs and technical assistance, Automated Transactions has become a strategic provider of our products and post-sales services in Colombia,” he concluded.
