An accomplished iGaming leader takes the helm to elevate the studio to the next level

RubyPlay, an innovative B2B iGaming development studio, has appointed Tsachi Maimon as its new CEO, joining forces with the company’s co-founders to further its vision of expansion and long-term growth.

With nearly two decades of experience in the global gaming industry, Maimon brings extensive executive leadership expertise to RubyPlay. As CEO of Aspire Global, he played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution, spearheading acquisitions such as sportsbook provider BtoBet and content aggregator Pariplay, while also driving strategic investments in bingo supplier End2End. Under his leadership, Aspire Global achieved consistent year-on-year financial growth.

Aspire Global was later acquired by NeoGames in 2022, where Maimon assumed the role of President and Head of iGaming for the enlarged group. Following Aristocrat’s acquisition of NeoGames in 2024, he transitioned to the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive.

Starting October 1, 2025, Maimon will officially step into his new role at RubyPlay, where he will be responsible for shaping corporate strategy and building on a strong period of commercial expansion. In recent years, the studio has significantly strengthened its global footprint, entering key markets such as Brazil and the United States, and partnering with tier-one operators to bring its immersive slot portfolio to a wide range of players.

RubyPlay has evolved from a creative supplier into a trusted partner for top operators, recognized for its localized approach and bespoke content capabilities. Its innovative mechanics, including Immortal Ways®, Go High®, and Diamond Explosion®, have further solidified its reputation. Earlier this year, the launch of the independent studio Koala Games added another layer to the company’s diversification strategy, reinforcing its commitment to delivering unique iGaming experiences.
