Within the framework of BiS SiGMA South America 2026, one of the most relevant iGaming industry events in the region, Pragmatic Play Sports reaffirmed its commitment to growth in Latin America, consolidating its presence through active participation at the event.

During the exhibition, Gareth Crook, SVP of Sports at Pragmatic Play, highlighted the importance of these gatherings as part of a broader regional strategy. The company has been carrying out an extensive tour across Latin America, with recent presence in key markets such as Brazil, Colombia and Argentina, strengthening its proximity to operators and strategic partners.

“For us, participating in these events is fundamental. It allows us to meet with our current partners, as well as connect with new operators looking to enter the market or even switch providers,” Crook explained.

Regarding its value proposition, Pragmatic Play Sports underlined the strength of its ecosystem, which combines a wide range of products with managed services designed to optimize clients’ operations. Among its key differentiators is its live sports betting platform, characterized by low latency and the use of official data, key elements to enhance the real-time betting experience.

The company also offers complementary services such as sports trading, risk management and 24/7 support, enabling operators to focus on growing their businesses while optimizing operational performance.

In terms of innovation, Crook pointed out that the main focus has been on the development of its football product, a sport that remains the primary revenue driver for operators globally, particularly in Latin America. In this context, the company has introduced new player betting markets, both pre-match and in-play, as well as improvements to tools such as BetBuilder, which now allows multi-event bet combinations.

The offering is complemented by football-focused promotions such as Early Payout and 2Up, designed to increase user engagement, especially in a year marked by anticipation surrounding the upcoming World Cup.

Regarding the regional landscape, Pragmatic Play Sports identified Latin America as one of the fastest-growing markets globally, with Brazil leading this growth. However, Crook also pointed out the challenges associated with regulation, noting that new regulatory frameworks bring increased requirements and costs for operators.

In this context, the company believes that its comprehensive approach and service portfolio enable it to support operators in adapting to these changes, improving competitiveness and capitalizing on market opportunities.

With its participation in BiS SiGMA South America 2026, Pragmatic Play Sports continues to strengthen its position in the region, focusing on innovation, technological development and strategic support for its partners in Latin America.
