Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul and Sportradar form strategic cooperation to protect sports integrity

The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul (MPRS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sportradar, a global leader in sports technology and a trusted authority in sports integrity solutions. Through this agreement, both institutions will collaborate by sharing data and information to strengthen the protection of sports integrity across the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Dr. André Luis Dal Molin Flores, Public Prosecutor and Coordinator of the Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime (GAECO) and the Intelligence Unit (NIMP), emphasized the significance of this step: “This Memorandum reinforces our commitment to safeguarding sports integrity. It marks an important step toward ensuring transparency and security. With the exchange of qualified information, we will be able to respond with greater agility and accuracy to identify and prevent illicit activities.”

Felippe Marchetti, Director of Integrity Partnerships at Sportradar in Latin America, added: “We continue to strengthen our presence in Brazil through the expansion of our Integrity Services. The agreement with MPRS is essential to advancing our efforts against betting-related corruption and reflects our ongoing mission to foster a more transparent sports environment.”
