Apparat Gaming, the developer known for creating slot games “with a German accent,” has strengthened its rapidly growing network of partners by forming a strategic alliance with bwin, one of the most recognized online casino brands in Europe.
Under the agreement, 43 Apparat Gaming slots have been integrated into bwin’s platform, giving players access to one of the most extensive Apparat portfolios available on the regulated German market. The operator, part of the Entain Group, now offers 43 out of the 54 Apparat titles currently eligible for regulatory approval in Germany.
The partnership comes at a pivotal moment, as bwin was one of the major operators still missing from Apparat Gaming’s client roster in the country. With this addition, bwin strengthens its position and advances its ambitions in the race for market leadership in Germany.
Founded just five years ago, Apparat Gaming has quickly gained recognition as a rising force in regulated markets. Its development philosophy—rooted in German quality, engineering precision, and visually striking design (“plenty of Augenweide”) paired with absolutely zero sense of humour—has helped define a unique identity and deliver a superior player experience.
The portfolio brought to bwin includes standout titles such as Total Eclipse XXL, 5 Moon Wolf, Fishin’ the Biggest, and Gates of Ishtar. The partnership also covers remaining pending titles as well as all future releases, including the upcoming slot Piggy Balloons.
Martin Frindt, Chief Product Partnership at Apparat Gaming, stated:
“It’s great to see that bwin understands the language we speak—even though its casino team is made up of Austrians—and has chosen to add our slots with a German accent to its game lobby.”
“We now just hope that the German regulator, the GGL, will approve the remaining games as soon as possible.”
Wanja Richter, Director of Gaming for Northern and Central Europe at Entain, added:
“Providing players with access to the best content in the business has always been a key part of our success story, and offering German players slots developed by Apparat Gaming—titles that truly capture the essence of Germany—is a big win for us.”
“We’re pleased to finally be working with Apparat and look forward to having their upcoming releases approved as quickly as possible.”
