BETER Secures Approvals in Indiana and Iowa

Exclusive Setka Cup table tennis tournaments now live with bet365 in both states

BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content, live streaming, and data, continues its ambitious U.S. expansion after obtaining the necessary approvals to launch its exclusive content in Indiana and Iowa.

These approvals allow BETER to distribute Setka Cup table tennis content to licensed operators in both states, including live data and real-time streams, giving local bettors the opportunity to experience its dynamic and fast-paced tournaments for the very first time.

The approvals were granted by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC). The Setka Cup tournaments are already live for bettors in both states through bet365, a tier-one operator that earlier this year also launched BETER’s content in Colorado and New Jersey.

BETER delivers 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and highly accurate odds for around 700,000 fast-paced events each year across various esports and sports disciplines. The company offers up to 50 betting markets per event, achieving an average operator margin of more than 7.5%.

Its sports portfolio features the Setka Cup table tennis series, the BSKT Cup basketball league, padel tennis, and official cricket tournaments worldwide. In esports, BETER organizes ESportsBattle tournaments, featuring eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eTennis.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, commented:

“Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another key milestone in our U.S. expansion, a market where we’re already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup.

Receiving authorization from such respected regulators is a testament to the quality of our products and the dedication of our teams, especially in the areas of legal compliance, integrity, and transparency.

The U.S. is an essential market for both operators and suppliers that are committed to developing within regulated environments where player protection comes first. That’s exactly what we aim to achieve, and we’re confident that we can bring unique value to U.S. operators and their bettors.”

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added:

“Obtaining approvals in Indiana and Iowa represents another step forward in our broader U.S. strategy and highlights the efficiency and expertise of our legal team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks. We are also grateful for the continued support of our trusted partner, BlankRome, whose guidance has been invaluable throughout this process.

Our legal team has developed deep expertise through extensive experience securing approvals across both the U.S. and LATAM markets. We will continue leveraging this knowledge to streamline future applications as we expand into key states such as North Carolina, Arizona, Ohio, and beyond.”
