As part of the upcoming Peru Gaming Show 2025 (PGS), Digital Gaming News spoke with Guido Amer, Founding Partner of Casinosoft, a company that has become a benchmark in the development of casino management software. In this interview, Guido shares insights into the products they will present at the event, his perspective on the Peruvian and Latin American markets, and the key trends shaping the future of the industry.
Q1. What new products or innovations will your company showcase during PGS 2025?
A. At PGS 2025, Casinosoft will showcase its flagship casino management software, which includes a customizable frontend, user registration and control system, jackpot modules, and reporting tools. One of the highlights of our offering is the availability of the entire system as open source, allowing operators to fully own and tailor their platform to their specific needs. This year, we’re placing strong emphasis on the flexibility, scalability, and transparency of our open source model.
Q2. What strategic value does PGS hold for your brand within the current context of the gaming industry in Latin America?
A. PGS is a key event for Casinosoft as we continue to strengthen our brand and presence in Latin America. It offers a vital opportunity to connect directly with operators, regulators, and partners in the region. Our goal is to increase visibility, build strategic relationships, and enter new markets with a solid, adaptable software solution that empowers license holders to operate independently.
Q3. How do you perceive the growth of the Peruvian market, and what opportunities do you see for expansion or consolidation in the region?
A. We see strong momentum in the Peruvian market and are actively planning to expand and deepen our presence in the region. Peru offers a dynamic environment with increasing regulatory clarity and a growing interest in digital transformation among operators. We believe there is significant opportunity to support both local and regional license holders by providing them with a fully customizable and self-owned casino management platform. Our flexible integration capabilities —whether with payment systems, game providers, or KYC solutions— position us well to meet the specific needs of operators in Peru and across Latin America.
Q4. From your experience in the casino management software segment, what are the main trends or challenges you currently observe in the industry?
A. We’re observing a continued shift toward operator autonomy, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. More and more, clients are looking for platforms they can truly own and adapt, rather than just rent. There’s also an increasing emphasis on seamless system integration and on platforms that can quickly adapt to evolving regulatory and market requirements. At Casinosoft, we’re proud to align with these trends through our open source software model and robust, integration-friendly architecture.
With an innovative approach centered on technological ownership and adaptability, Casinosoft is set to participate in PGS 2025, taking place on June 18 and 19, as a strategic ally for operators seeking independence, scalability, and efficiency. The company is positioning itself as a key player in the shift toward a more open and autonomous model for casino management in Peru and throughout the region.
