Today marks the beginning of the exciting 25th edition of GAT Expo in Cartagena, Colombia. At 9 am this Tuesday, with a warm welcome greeting from the president of Coljuegos, the regulatory entity of the gaming sector in Colombia, and the participation of prominent leaders from the gaming industry in the country, including José Aníbal Aguirre, the creator and founder of the fair, GAT Expo opens its doors to offer a day filled with knowledge and innovation.
In this edition, authorities from Paraguay and Argentina, associations from Mexico and Peru, high-level industry experts and business leaders in the gaming industry in Colombia, speakers from the Dominican Republic, Panama, and Peru, as well as a distinguished group of female executives from Latin America are expected to participate.
The agenda includes panels on artificial intelligence and esports, ensuring a comprehensive update experience. GAT organization’s team, consisting of 160 people including technical, administrative, marketing, communications, and logistics personnel, is fully prepared to receive regular attendees of their fairs in Cartagena and Bogotá, as well as executives visiting Colombia and this colonial gem of the Caribbean for the first time.
As of now, 2012 delegates from 37 countries have been accredited to participate in the Gaming & Technology Expo’s programming. The setup and decoration at the Cartagena Las Américas Convention Center are progressing smoothly, preparing the stands for the exhibition that will be open to the public on April 10 and 11 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.GAT Expo also celebrates its 25th anniversary with a Colombian Fiesta, a unique experience featuring traditional music, regional dances, and a variety of entertainment that represents the cultural and musical diversity of Colombia, from cumbia to champeta.
