Fernando Garita, CEO of Betsul, confirms his presence as a speaker at two of the most influential events in the global gaming industry: Gaming Insights 2024 and the SBC Summit Rio. The participation of the executive, with over two decades of experience in the gaming industry in South America and Asia, will include insights into hot topics such as fraud prevention, digital identity, and the vast potential of the gaming industry in Brazil.

On March 4, Gaming Insights, held in Rio de Janeiro, will be a meeting dedicated to C-level executives and market leaders in the global gaming industry. The panel, featuring the CEO’s presentation, will address the critical role of digital identity and the challenges faced by the betting industry regarding fraud, as well as new practices that can strengthen security and trust in the industry.

Following that, from March 5 to 7, the SBC Summit Rio will take center stage in Rio de Janeiro. The event will bring together industry leaders and regional experts, offering a networking and learning platform. Scheduled for March 6, Fernando Garita will be present on the panel discussing the next steps for the sports betting market in the national territory, as well as capital and investment scenarios, revenue models, and credibility building.

Since November at the helm of Betsul, Garita has been instrumental in pioneering and innovative initiatives such as the Bet do Bem campaign, which allocates a portion of betting proceeds to social projects, as well as exclusive sponsorships of prominent figures in the country’s sports and music scene. Additionally, he actively participates in events and conferences on the betting market nationally and internationally.

In the face of a market that, in Brazil alone, moves figures in the range of R$100 billion annually, it is essential for betting companies to find efficient and disruptive means to make the player’s experience increasingly customizable, secure, and responsible. Participating in industry events and exchanging more and more information and data is the best way to move forward sustainably,” Garita points out.
