Grupo Random terminates negotiations with Clarion without reaching a collabotarion agreetment

On March 1st, Grupo Random officially announced the conclusion of negotiations with the management of Clarion, after two years of intense discussions aimed at reaching a collaboration agreement between the two companies. Despite the efforts and dedication of both parties, unfortunately, a satisfactory agreement could not be reached.

In a statement released by Grupo Random, gratitude was expressed towards Clarion for the atmosphere of cordiality that characterized the conversations during this period. The commitment and willingness of both companies to explore collaboration possibilities were acknowledged, although ultimately, a concrete agreement was not reached.

Furthermore, Grupo Random wished Clarion every success in their new Catalan venture scheduled for 2025. This display of goodwill reflects the constructive and respectful spirit that has prevailed throughout the negotiations, despite the conclusion without a definitive agreement.
