January 23, 2024

The campaign aims to spread the ‘Game for Good,’ an initiative that has already allocated over R$ 4 million in resources for sports, health, and citizenship; among the ambassadors are well-known faces such as Paralympic medalist Clodoaldo Silva and former player Jakson Follmann.

This Tuesday, the 23rd, Betsul, a betting platform created to meet the demands of the most discerning bettors and fans in South America, debuts its new advertising campaign called “Bet for Good.” The campaign aims to publicize the “Game for Good” project, according to which a predetermined percentage of each bet placed on the website — www.betsul.com/ — is donated to athletes and entities registered in the program, with no additional cost to the bettors. On the betting platform’s social media, the campaign is accompanied by a promotional video featuring Betsul’s multi-champion ambassadors, who not only have a series of titles, national records, and medals in the Paralympic Games but also embody the determination and persistence of the Brazilian people.

Champions of overcoming: meet the ambassadors

Jakson Follmann, former player and survivor of the tragic plane crash involving Chapecoense in 2016, brings a story of resilience with a strong impact. In addition to his football career, Jakson found a way to share his experience and inspire others to overcome challenges through music and speeches.

Camille Rodrigues began her sports journey at the age of 4, initially on medical recommendation. Today, holding the Brazilian record in the 400 meters freestyle and with an impressive career in the pools since the age of 10, Camille is a notable athlete with achievements in national and international competitions.

Clodoaldo Silva, known as the “Shark of the Pools,” is a Brazilian Paralympic legend. With 14 medals won in the Paralympic Games, Clodoaldo is a reference in national and international pools, being elected the best Paralympic athlete by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) in 2005.

Dedé Macedo, road paracyclist MC4/MTB and triathlete, is synonymous with passion for sports. Winner of the “No Limite – Amazônia” competition, Dedé also holds the title of five-time champion of the Brazil Ride MTB Festival and is a Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu.

Institutions benefited by the initiative

Among the institutions receiving resources from the “Game for Good” project are:

  • Sports Association for the Disabled (ADD), dedicated to promoting the development of people with disabilities through an integrated approach involving sports, education, and professional training. With a mission to facilitate integration and inclusion in society, ADD offers all its projects and programs for free.
  • Compartilhar Institute, founded by the multi-champion volleyball coach Bernardo Rezende, known as Bernardinho, is an institution that invests in the transformative potential of sports and education. Its goal is to form more active and healthy individuals capable of making conscious and responsible decisions. Currently, the project serves more than 3,000 students in five states in the country.

It’s not just about being a Bet, it has to be for good

Through this new campaign, Betsul hopes to redefine the act of betting. “Bet for Good is not just about betting; it’s about turning every guess into an act of solidarity. We want to show that together we can make a positive impact on people’s lives. Because nowadays, it’s not just about being a Bet; it has to be for good. We built this campaign with the intention of representing the best bet you can make,” declares Fernando Garita, CEO of Betsul.
