With more than 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry in Latin America and Asia, Fernando Garita takes over as CEO at Betsul

At a time of expansion, the bookmaker hires an executive with the aim of expanding its frontiers of operation

Betsul, a sportsbook recognized for providing the best service to bettors and fans in South America, the region with the largest potential audience in this segment, announces the arrival of Fernando Garita as the company’s new CEO.


With more than two decades of expertise in the gaming industry, Garita has served as Regional Director and Business Development Director for Betcris, as well as having an extensive portfolio of projects throughout Latin America and Asia. In his academic career, Fernando has numerous credentials, including a certificate from the University of Michigan in the Certificacion en Transformacion Digital leadership program for managers.


The current CEO also holds a number of CDP and CPD certificates, in categories such as responsible gaming, data protection and anti-money laundering, as well as being a member of the IMGL (International Master in Gaming Law), a non-profit foundation that brings together the sector’s leading experts with a focus on the healthy development and expansion of the market. Garita is also an international speaker at major industry events and an active member of associations such as AIEJA and CIBELAE.
