Attendees will have the opportunity to compete against professional CS2 player Lukas “FreeZe” Hegmann at the Esports Zone and enter a giveaway for an official Nordic Partners Gaming jersey.
AffPapa Conference Cancun 2026 will feature an interactive esports activation organised by Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG), giving attendees the chance to take on a Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) challenge during the event, which runs from 23 to 25 November in Mexico.
The activity will take place at the Esports Zone, where visitors can play against Lukas “FreeZe” Hegmann, a professional Counter-Strike player who has represented teams including BIG, BIG Academy, and ALTERNATE aTTaX. According to the information provided by the organisers, Hegmann has played around 8,000 matches and holds a 57% career win rate.
A Hands-On Esports Experience
Throughout the conference, attendees will be able to test their CS2 skills against Hegmann, experience competitive Counter-Strike from a player’s perspective, and engage directly with NPG at the Esports Zone.
Håvard Lehn, Co-Founder and CEO of Nordic.Partners Group, said the initiative is designed to let attendees experience esports firsthand and bring the esports and iGaming communities closer together.
NPG will also organise a giveaway of an official Nordic Partners Gaming jersey for participating attendees.
Bringing Esports Into the AffPapa Experience
Levon Nikoghosyan, CEO and Founder of AffPapa, said the activation will give conference visitors another way to participate and connect with the esports community beyond panels and business meetings.
The Esports Zone forms part of Nordic Partners Gaming’s presence at AffPapa Conference Cancun 2026 and follows the company’s expansion into competitive esports during 2026.
