Formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, the company used SBC Summit Lisbon to present its new identity and a commercial approach focused on helping operators define their next stage of growth.
A new approach to operator growth
Evenbeter, formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, presented the next stage of its commercial evolution at SBC Summit Lisbon, marking its first major industry event since completing its global rebrand in August.
The company placed its Growth Paths philosophy at the centre of its presence, introducing an approach that moves away from traditional product-led sales and instead focuses on an operator’s current position, growth objectives and technology requirements.
Under the Growth Paths model, operators do not necessarily need to adopt a complete technology stack from the outset. Instead, they can begin with a solution that matches their current needs and expand their operations as the business develops.
Growth Paths as a starting point
The framework covers different operator scenarios, from adding One-Click Poker Games to an existing casino to launching a standalone poker operation or building a turnkey casino.
According to Evenbeter, the approach is designed to make it easier for operators to identify the right starting point for their business, without having to determine on their own which product should come next.
The company has also brought its methodology together in a new educational e-book, designed to help operators assess their current market position and identify potential next steps within their growth strategy.
Moving beyond product-led sales
The new approach represents a shift in how Evenbeter positions its commercial relationship with operators, moving from a focus on individual products towards a model built around each business’s current needs and development stage.
Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO at Evenbeter, said the company’s strategy is based on understanding an operator’s current level of readiness before defining the appropriate path forward.
The Growth Paths framework therefore covers options ranging from lighter integrations to fully independent platforms, providing operators with an entry point suited to their current needs while establishing a potential route for future expansion.
Evenbeter’s Growth Paths e-book is now available through the company’s website.
