The Visualize Group Completes eCOGRA Acquisition, Strengthening Global Gaming TICC Platform

The transaction brings eCOGRA together with BMM Testlabs under a platform holding licenses or accreditations across more than 800 jurisdictions, supporting the expansion of regulated gaming markets worldwide.

The Visualize Group (“Visualize”), a private investment firm focused on mission-critical, services-based companies, has announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of eCOGRA, a globally recognized provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) services for the regulated gaming industry.

The transaction, which was initially announced on June 30, 2026, closed following the receipt of customary regulatory approvals and clearances.

With the completion of the acquisition, eCOGRA joins BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier this year. The integration marks another step in Visualize’s efforts to build a global gaming TICC platform serving the regulated gaming industry.

According to Visualize, the combined platform now holds licenses or accreditations in more than 800 jurisdictions, including nearly every jurisdiction worldwide where legal and regulated gaming is established. This coverage positions the platform to support suppliers entering newly regulated markets from day one.

Building a platform for an expanding regulated market

The transaction closes as the global gaming industry gathers this week for two major international events: G2E in Las Vegas and SBC Summit in Lisbon.

BMM Testlabs and eCOGRA leaders will make their first joint appearance at both events, meeting with customers, suppliers, and regulators. BMM will be present at G2E booths 1416 and 3830, as well as SBC Summit stands B243 and B608.

Martin Storm, Chief Executive Officer of BMM Testlabs, highlighted the shared purpose of both companies in strengthening confidence across the gaming ecosystem.

“eCOGRA and BMM share a common purpose: giving players, operators, and regulators confidence in the credibility of the broader gaming ecosystem. The combination allows us to invest more in technology and capacity, adopt best practices, and navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape together.”

Will Shuckburgh, Chief Executive Officer of eCOGRA, noted that for more than two decades the company has focused on ensuring that players can trust the games they play while helping operators meet high standards of compliance.

According to Shuckburgh, the combination with BMM provides greater scale and resources to serve customers, while allowing the company to continue investing in its people, technology, and capacity and maintaining the standards expected by its accreditation partners and customers.

Combining expertise across digital and land-based gaming

For C. C. Melvin Ike, Founder and Managing Partner of The Visualize Group, the completion of the transaction represents an important step toward building a TICC platform serving both digital and land-based gaming markets.

Ike highlighted the complementary experience of Martin Storm and Will Shuckburgh, as well as their shared commitment to the rigor and reliability expected by regulators and operators.

“We’re confident their leadership will position the business to meet growing demand for high-quality independent testing and certification. We’re thrilled to begin this next chapter with them,” Ike said.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP acted as legal advisors to Visualize in connection with the transaction.
