The new mobile layout is designed to streamline content discovery, event and market navigation, and bet building, with mobile devices generating 94% of GGR across SOFTSWISS Sportsbook operators.
SOFTSWISS Sportsbook has introduced a redesigned mobile layout aimed at making it easier for players to navigate the sportsbook, discover betting content, explore events and markets, and build bets on mobile devices.
The update will be showcased at SBC Summit Lisbon, taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2026, where the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook team will be available at stand C422.
Mobile Becomes an Increasingly Important Betting Channel
According to data from Coherent Market Insights cited by SOFTSWISS, mobile devices are expected to account for 58.3% of the global online sports betting market in 2026.
The importance of the mobile channel is also reflected in SOFTSWISS Sportsbook’s operator data. According to the company, mobile devices currently generate 94% of GGR and 89% of turnover across its sportsbook operators.
Against this backdrop, the redesigned layout is intended to address several points of friction that players may encounter throughout the mobile betting journey.
Three Updates Designed to Streamline the Experience
The new layout introduces three main improvements:
Streamlined content discovery: dynamic horizontal carousels for Live, Prematch and Top Leagues reduce vertical scrolling and allow players to access betting content with fewer interactions.
Unified filtering: filters applied to leagues or events update all relevant sections at once, reducing the need for players to repeat the same adjustments across the page.
Faster bet building: the “Show top markets” feature brings popular betting markets together in one place, helping players find relevant selections and build accumulator bets more quickly.
Operators can manage the new layout through the CMS without requiring additional development resources. They can activate the updated interface, configure sections and carousel content, and return to the previous version when needed without integration downtime.
Alexander Kamenetskyi, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, commented:
“Mobile is where operators convert traffic into GGR, so reducing friction across the betting journey is an important commercial focus. This update makes it easier for players to discover content, filter events, and review markets, while giving operators greater control over the mobile experience without additional development effort.”
