The regulatory approval enables the company to engage with licensed operators while strengthening its expansion across Africa’s regulated gaming markets.
Digitain has announced that it has been granted a National Manufacturer License by South Africa’s gambling regulatory authority, marking another milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy and reinforcing its presence across regulated African markets.
The new licence allows the iGaming solutions provider to begin commercial discussions with licensed operators in South Africa, expanding the reach of its technology portfolio in the region.
Arshak Muradyan, Group Chief Compliance Officer at Digitain, described the approval as an important step in the company’s regulatory journey.
“Receiving our National Manufacturer License in South Africa reinforces our commitment to regulated markets, compliance and operational excellence. South Africa is a key growth market, and we look forward to building strong partnerships with licensed operators,” he said.
Through the new licence, Digitain will offer its portfolio of products, including its Sportsbook, Centrivo iGaming platform, and a comprehensive suite of gaming solutions while maintaining high standards of compliance, security and technology.
The company added that the approval further demonstrates its long-term commitment to investing in partnerships, market expertise and technological development across Africa.
