Holland Gaming Technology Joins IBIA to Strengthen Sports Betting Integrity in the Netherlands

The Dutch operator’s membership expands IBIA’s monitoring coverage in one of Europe’s key regulated markets and reinforces efforts to combat betting-related corruption.

The regulated gambling sector in the Netherlands continues to strengthen its integrity and transparency framework. Against this backdrop, Holland Gaming Technology, a licensed Dutch gambling operator, has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), further enhancing industry efforts to detect suspicious betting activity and protect the integrity of regulated sports betting markets.

The announcement comes shortly after the company expanded into online sports betting through a long-term sportsbook partnership with Kambi, following the acquisition of a sports betting licence from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit – KSA).

The operator has also recently completed a rebranding initiative, transitioning from Goldrun Casino to Oranje Palace as part of a broader strategy aimed at modernizing its product portfolio and strengthening its position within the Dutch regulated market.

Strengthening Integrity Through Industry Collaboration

As an IBIA member, Holland Gaming Technology will contribute data to the association’s Global Monitoring & Alert Platform (Global MAP), a network that currently connects more than 90 operators and over 200 betting brands worldwide.

Collectively, the platform monitors more than $300 billion in annual sports betting turnover, enabling stakeholders to identify suspicious wagering patterns and support investigations conducted by regulators, sports governing bodies, and law-enforcement agencies.

According to Tamas Mezosi, CEO of Holland Gaming Technology, joining IBIA reflects the company’s long-term commitment to responsible and transparent operations.

“Joining IBIA reflects our strong commitment to maintaining a secure, transparent and well-regulated betting environment in the Netherlands. We look forward to collaborating with IBIA and its members to support efforts to protect consumers and safeguard sport from betting-related corruption,” he said.

Supporting the Fight Against Match Manipulation

For IBIA, the addition of Holland Gaming Technology further strengthens its footprint within the Dutch regulated market and enhances the effectiveness of its global monitoring network.

Khalid Ali, CEO of IBIA, emphasized the critical role that operator cooperation plays in protecting regulated markets.

“We are delighted to welcome Holland Gaming Technology to IBIA. The operator’s commitment to integrity further strengthens the reach and effectiveness of our monitoring network both in the Netherlands and globally. Operator collaboration plays a vital role in identifying, reporting and sanctioning suspicious betting activity and in protecting the regulated market,” he stated.

IBIA currently monitors more than 1.5 million sporting events annually across over 80 sports. Intelligence provided by its members has become a vital resource in supporting sporting, regulatory, and criminal investigations related to betting integrity.

According to the association’s 2025 Sports Betting Integrity Report, IBIA data contributed to investigations that ultimately confirmed the manipulation of 54 sporting events, resulting in sanctions against players, teams, and officials across multiple sports.

Growing Focus on Market Integrity

Holland Gaming Technology’s membership highlights a broader industry trend in which regulated operators are taking a more proactive role in protecting sports integrity and consumer confidence. As regulated betting markets continue to mature across Europe, collaborative monitoring initiatives such as IBIA’s network are becoming increasingly important in safeguarding the long-term sustainability of the sector.
